Choosing Jersey Farm Hotel guarantees you an excellent meal set in pleasing surroundings with caring staff that attend to your every detail.

For your main meal you can choose from the many dishes below and don’t forget one of the attractions of Jersey Farm is the fact that you can design your own menu by choosing exactly what you want for each course. We will then print your own menu and display it on the tables for guests to choose from on the day, we stress no pre-ordering! There is no other hotel that offers such a vast choice and a personalised menu. All our dishes are lovingly prepared by our team of chefs , if you have some personal requirements however please do not hesitate to ask as we will try to oblige. Remember it’s your day so why not have your way. We normally serve a hot meal however cold galas buffets can be created if desired.

Drinks

Included in your wedding package is a chilled glass of bucks fizz on arrival and a glass of bubbly in the style of champagne served after the cake cutting for the toasts.

However you may like to discuss different variations with Mark Watson. If you are having a civil ceremony you may like a pre wedding drink for your guests, to make the day more of an occasion. Prices can be quoted for the following drinks upon request as they may vary due to duty paid etc.

Welcome Drinks

Here are some alternatives to Bucks fizz that is included in the wedding package price. These charges hold till 2005 as well.

During your meal: you may like a glass of white wine or red wine served to your guests, of which can be served from the bottle by our staff. An extensive wine list is available for you perusal. You may like bottles placed upon the tables for guests to drink freely. We can tailor a drinks package to your budget or your requirements, again this can be discussed with Mark Watson. With the speeches you may like to have Champagne or something in the style of Champagne served instead of the house bubbly. If you do not like alcohol we can tailor a non alcoholic drinks package for your day. Our staff are trained in wines and can be very helpful when choosing drinks anywhere in the hotel.
